Co-teaching with Juan David Garavito, I helped design this continuing-education course at Universidad de los Andes into five modules that move in strict sequence, starting with understanding what a user experience actually is, then discovering the problem and the user through research activities, interpreting the collected data into patterns, generating and prioritizing product ideas, and finally conceptualizing and prototyping a low-fidelity solution across different formats. The course is deliberately virtual and workshop-based rather than lecture-based, so participants leave able to plan, conceptualize, and prototype a real digital product, not just describe one.
