GoDaddy, September 2024 - Present

• Designed SEO 1-Click, an approval-based flow that pre-fills AI-generated SEO recommendations from a customer's own published content, raising setup completion from 56% to 73% and cutting time-to-complete from 7m 18s to 2m 14s.
• Supported UX for GoDaddy Services, GoDaddy's "Done-For-You" marketing action system, contributing to a 57% quarter-over-quarter rise in conversions and a 224% year-over-year increase in leads.
• Ran user-tested experiments on the GoDaddy Services lead capture flow for hiring a GoDaddy expert, adjusting input fields, adding examples of past expert work, adapting the modal for different customer segments, and adding a photoshoot request checkbox.

• Illustrate a weekly political cartoon for Renato Terra's humor column at Folha de S.Paulo, covering events from Dilma Rousseff's impeachment to Lula's return to the presidency.
• Published more than a hundred illustrations across print and online editions over eight years, spanning different visual languages, concepts, and techniques.

Endava, January 2021 - August 2024

• Led the launch and adoption strategy for My Grameen, a bilingual mobile app for a microfinance nonprofit, running 1:1 usability tests with members over Zoom and working closely with center leaders and executives to improve core functionality and ship new features, which drove 98% member registration and an in-app Net Promoter Score of 88.
• Led UX and UI design for a U.S. fintech credit card app built from the ground up, shipping the MVP on an aggressive timeline through a two-week design-approval cadence with a 25-person cross-discipline team.
• Designed the marketing pages, documentation, and developer sandbox for a major bank's Payments Developer Portal, removing the need for a prior banking relationship to explore the platform.

• Led research for Seeds, running 36 in-depth interviews across three Colombian cities to test three early wellness-app concepts for older adults.
